Artist Biography
Steve McKibben sold his first commissioned piece of Jimi Hendrix in 1969 when he was 16 years old. He realized shortly thereafter that designing and creating a great piece of art is only the first of many steps that need to happen in order to present that piece to the marketplace.
In 1975, he started McKibben Screen Printing & Display Inc. to improve quality control standards. He started the company to produce limited edition fine art serigraph prints, wall murals and visual communication graphic merchandise on various medias, which included point of purchase displays, decals, banners and t-shirts. Having 200 employees, 17 state of the art presses, a 50,000 square feet building and more than three decades of expertise has made Mr. Mckibben's commitment to details and quality standards possible. Steve has been presented numerous industry awards for his screen-printing excellence.
